Candidate data, handled carefully.
RecruitingPilot works with real people's contact details and screening calls. Here's how that data is scoped, stored, and controlled — in plain language, with no certifications we haven't earned.
Data stays in your workspace
Candidates, calls, and transcripts live in your organization's workspace — not pooled or shared across other agencies.
Access is scoped per organization
Sign-in is org-scoped, so your team only ever sees your data and your campaigns.
Candidates can opt out
Every candidate can opt out of calls and texts, and that choice is honored across your campaigns.
What keeps candidate data in the right hands.
Authentication
Sign-in is backed by Clerk, so account security and session handling ride on a dedicated auth provider rather than something homegrown.
Role-scoped data access
Access is scoped per organization. Recruiters work inside their own workspace and can't see another agency's candidates or calls.
Recordings & transcripts per workspace
Call recordings and transcripts are stored against the workspace that ran the campaign, not a shared pool.
Opt-out honored on every campaign
When a candidate opts out of calls or texts, that preference is respected on every campaign going forward.
Data deleted on request
You can request deletion of candidate data, and we remove it from the workspace.
Managed cloud infrastructure
The platform runs on managed providers — Vercel for the application and Supabase for data — rather than servers we hand-roll.
